About the faculty

The Faculty of Technology has a sufficient material and technical base and a teaching staff to train highly qualified and technically competent specialists in the fields of food, light, oil refining, as well as industrial and food products, design specialists and IT specialists. To conduct laboratory and practical classes in basic and profile disciplines, an educational and laboratory complex (ULC) has been formed at the faculty.

Chemistry, chemical technology and ecology

The department carries out educational activities according to the state license of the KZ29LAA00008797 series in the field of higher and postgraduate education without limitation of validity.

Technology and standardization

Training of highly qualified specialists in the field of standardization and certification, biotechnology, as well as food and processing industries.

Information technology

The Department of "Information Technologies" was organized in August 2010 as a result of the reorganization of the Department of "General Education Disciplines".

Technology of light industry and design

In its activities, the department combines the fundamental traditions of academic education and the latest achievements of new educational technologies.
