Meeting with representatives of the University of Kuala Lumpur

On December 4, 2024, the Department of Tourism and Service held a meeting with representatives of the University of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. UniversityKualaLumpur (UniKL) is a multi-campus technical university with its main campus located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. During the negotiations, issues related to the development of double-degree education in the field of Tourism, academic mobility, international internships for students and teachers were discussed.

In 2009, 2011 and 2013, the university was awarded Level 5 "Excellent University" by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia. Uni KL has 14 institutes located in 12 campuses across Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, Heras, Banks, Kajang, Sepang, Taboh Nanning, Pasir Gudang, Ipoh, Lumut and Kulim. Currently, Universitykualumpur offers one Foundation program, 38 degree programs and 35 degree programs in its eight branches and two institutes across the country.
