In Astana, on the Esil River, the traditional winter festival "Burkasan-2025" was a great success. This sports festival, which has been held for 24 years, has become an integral part of the capital's winter season.

This year, the festival gathered participants and spectators ready to enjoy spectacular competitions in 9 sports: ski racing, weightlifting, arm wrestling, belt wrestling, tug of war, pima hockey, motorsport, motorcycling, and, of course, winter football.

The winter football team of the K.Kulazhanov Kazakh University of Technology and Business brought special pride to the fans, demonstrating a high level of skill and a will to win, earning a commendable 2nd place.
